Lunch with Friends

Monday was a Korean Holiday and Mondays are Steve's day off so we met some friends for lunch.  I took a few pictures because Korean food is just plain beautiful.  This is another one of our favorite Korean meals.  It is like a bone broth that simmers on a stove built in to the middle of the table.  You add all sorts of veggies and noodles and thinly shaved meat to it, let it cook and enjoy.  At the end they have a fried rice they bring out and you fry it in the remainder of the broth.  It's so good.
