Well, it took him 10 months to work up the courage....
Now I know octopus may not sound that bad but when it is whole (and possibly raw, we aren't really sure, at least it was dead...sometimes in Korea they eat live ones) it just isn't quite on the same level as calamari or Korean pancake with it cut up into little pieces. There's just something about picking it up in full form, with legs (or are they arms?) and tentacles and eyes and all and chomping down on it that is a little much for me....
